Morning Workout with Rob Harris

The  Morning Workout with Rob Harris is the “one stop shop” for total body fitness.  The program is held in the Next Level’s state-of-the-art cardio room, weight room and indoor turf field.  Workouts vary each day, combining cardio fitness with total body strength exercises.  Benefits from this program include increased cardiovascular fitness plus improvements in total body strength, muscle tone, posture, bone mass, and daily energy.

The Total Workout with Jennifer Blackburn

The Morning Total Workout is a fun, fast-paced 60-minute program guaranteed to get you in great shape!

No two workouts are the same. Each workout contains a cardio, weight training, balance, and core segment and introduces the TRX Suspension Training program. You can expect to see improvements in your strength, muscle tone, posture, bone mass and daily energy, plus decreased body fat within the first month.  Whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner these workouts will take you to the Next Level in fitness!
