Next Level HS Summer Travel Teams
This summer Next Level is very excited to be fielding two high level high school travel teams:
Rising Junior/Seniors
Rising Sophomores
Next Level Travel Team Rosters
After talking with many college coaches over the past year we have identified and entered the key recruiting tournaments to give our players maximum exposure to college coaches at all levels. Furthermore, we have scheduled our tournaments so as not to conflict with the majority of individual recruiting camps.
Our first three tournaments have separate divisions for both our rising junior/senior and rising sophomore teams. The fourth tournament is only for our rising junior/senior team.
Summer 2010 Tournaments:
Rutgers MVP team camp (June 18-20): at Rutgers University New Brunswick, NJ. This is one of the largest and most well attended recruiting tournaments of the summer. Over 150 college coaches from all the top DI, DII and D III schools will be in attendance. Top HS teams from around the country will compete for the championship at this excellent facility. Players and coaches will stay in the dorms (including meals) at Rutgers.
UP Lax in Annapolis, MD: Rising juniors/seniors (June 23-24) Rising sophomores (June 25). This is an extremely well run tournament which draws a large number of college coaches. This is a showcase tournament consisting of three one hour games per day. It is run by John Tillman (Head coach Harvard University) and Charley Toomey (Head coach Loyola College). This is a local tournament so no overnight stay is necessary.
Tri-State (July 9-11): This tournament, now in its 10th year, is a mainstay on the college coaches recruiting schedule and always features the top teams in the country. Our junior/senior team will compete at the highest level, rising seniors AA division. Our rising sophomore team will compete in the U17 AA division. We have reserved rooms at a local hotel for this tournament.
UVA Team Camp (July 30-Aug 1): 2010 marks the third year Next Level has been invited to attend this exclusive team recruiting camp. Only 12 teams are invited to participate. In addition to the UVA staff, a wide variety of other elite college coaches will be present. All games are played on two adjacent fields so the college coaches will be able to see most of the games. The UVA coaching staff assigns one of their players to help coach each team and conducts a film session with each team to break down and review game film. We will stay at the Marriot Courtyard in the center of Charlottesville.
2010 Summer Team Fees
Base Fee:
$295 Covers uniforms, coaches, fields, extra games, refs, etc.
Tournament fees:
Rutgers Team Camp:
$330 Rising juniors/seniors (includes room and board)
$280 Rising sophomore team (includes room and board)
UP Lax:
$225 Rising juniors/seniors
$195 Rising sophomores
Tri-State:
$225 Rising juniors/seniors
$225 Rising sophomores
UVA Team Camp:
$295 Rising juniors/seniors
