Our indoor winter training program at the Next Level takes place in January and February. These two hour Saturday training sessions focus on developing individual and team lacrosse skills as well as speed, strength and conditioning. We are also participating in a Sunday winter indoor league in January and February.
During the spring season we will practice twice a week on either Tuesday/Thursday or Wednesday/Thursday.
Our U-15, U-13 and U-11 teams will compete in the NPYLL which is the most competitive league in the region. The NPYLL is comprised of the top club teams from Baltimore, Annapolis, Northern Virginia and Montgomery County with the following 12 teams:
Baltimore: Crabs, Breakers and Looney's
Annapolis/Southern Maryland: Bay Raiders, Bayhawks and SMS
Virginia: Madlax, FuZe and Generals
Montgomery County: Next Level and Club Blue
In addition to league games, we will schedule additional games and spring tournaments to round out our schedule. Overall, we will play over 20 games including tournaments during the spring season.
Our U-9 team will compete in another league during the spring as the NPYLL does not have a U-9 division.
