This program incorporates a variety of exercises and activities to help you lose weight, develop muscle tone and increase flexibility and endurance. Training includes:
- core muscle development
- cardiovascular training
- abdominal workouts
- aerobic training
- strength training
The following Conditioning Camp packages are available and allow participants the flexibility to attend any class, 6am or 9am Monday through Friday. Participants can purchase the following packages*
