Distance Running Programs

Whether you are training for your first marathon or trying to qualify for Boston, Xtend Fitness has the perfect program for you.  In partnership with The Next Level Athletic Performance Center, Xtend Fitness offers the following programs:

Gold Training Program

  • 6 month training program
  • Twice weekly individual coaching advice
  • Two weekly group runs
  • 8 strength & conditioning sessions at The Next Level
  • Injury Prevention-One session

Silver Training Program

  • 6 month training program
  • Every other week individual coaching advice
  • Two weekly group runs
  • 4 strength & conditioning sessions at The Next Level
  • Injury Prevention-One session

Basic Training Program

  • 6 month training program
  • Monthly individual coaching advice
