Fall Speed School
Develop first step quickness and become faster in every direction. Speed is a skill that can be taught.
Speed is the most significant factor in athletic success. Maximum velocity training that is specific to the movements and situations of each sport is the most effective way to achieve improvements in overall athletic performance. You will be introduced to proper running form and mechanics, and you will be faster on the field or court!
Great for athletes in all sports!
Age Group: Middle School / High School
Days: Tuesday and Saturday
Time: Tuesday: 7:30-8:30 p.m. Saturday 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Where: Next Level Athletic Performance Center
Dates: Nov 3rd- Nov 24th
Cost: $30/session or $175 for all 7 sessions
